This is a report on the proceedings of the 2003 National Health Forum on Community Partnerships for Health Development, which was held at Novotel, Accra from 26-28 February. One hundred and fifty delegates, representing GHS staff, MOH staff, the donor community, and international and local NGOs, assembled for the Opening Ceremony. The three-day event was organized under a theme for each day.
