International Conference on Health Systems Strengthening
To discuss concerns about health systems and provide evidence-based policy guidance for strengthening health systems in India, the Tamil Nadu Health System Project is organizing this conference from May 7-10, 2010 at Chennai, India. The conference will focus on service delivery, human resources, healthcare financing and governance. The objectives of the conference are to:
- discuss implementation issues in enhancing health systems with respect to service delivery, financing, human resources, and governance;
- share international experiences to promote cross-learning of good practices in health systems strengthening; and
- guide the national and state policies for improving health systems, with respect to service delivery, financing, human resources, and governance.
