This tool seeks to assist HRH workers and policy makers in a country think through, diagnose, and stimulate dialogue about their HRH challenges by responding to questions and reflecting on the policy implications of their answers.
The tool can be used repeatedly as respondent(s) can compare and reflect on their previous answers with their latest responses. In this way, the tool can help organize thinking about the varied and often confusing concerns that surround the complex issues of the health workforce. It will also advise the respondents on necessary information they may need in order to more competently respond to the questions. [publisher’s description]
